So who is Steve Gears Associates?

Steve, an electronic engineer by qualification, has been working in the training and consultancy business since 1983. Before setting up as a freelance training consultant, Steve spent seven years of his career managing the training development and training delivery processes of two UK businesses, one a reprographic equipment manufacturer and the other a FT100  IT services group. As well as being an experience training instructor, he is well versed in the management of the training function, from evolution of strategy, resource management, financial control through to project planning and quality control. Along side these management roles he also developed and managed the delivery of graduate technical training programs to over 400 delegates for a variety of well known UK organisations.

Steve developed a taste for problem analysis and solution methods after studying Systems Behaviour and helping organise and deliver a logical problem solving skills workshop to 150 members of the UK Customer Service department of one of his previous employers. He continued to develop his own problem solving skills to help in his own career as well through interest.
