| Assumption Surfacing |
As individuals, every time we look at a particular situation we tend to do so using a set of in-built personal assumptions which forms part of our view of how the world 'works'. In a problem solving situation these assumptions may interfere with our ability to effectively identify appropriate solutions. Use this technique to identify what perspective you typically adopt. |
